Call for Abstracts
We invite researchers, academicians, and students to submit abstracts for
presentation at ASSOPICON 2026. Abstracts can be submitted for oral
presentations or poster presentations.

Submission Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Abstracts must be original and not previously published
- Abstract should be written in English
- Maximum word limit: 300 words (excluding title and authors)
- Use Times New Roman, 12 pt font
- Do not include figures, tables, or references in the abstract
- All authors must be listed with their affiliations
- Corresponding author details must be provided
Abstract Structure
Your abstract should include the following sections:
- Title: Concise and descriptive (maximum 20 words)
- Background/Introduction: Brief context of the study
- Objectives: Clear statement of research objectives
- Methods: Brief description of methodology
- Results: Key findings of the study
- Conclusion: Main conclusions and implications

Abstracts may be submitted under any of the following themes:

Presentation Types
Oral Presentation
Selected abstracts will be presented orally in designated sessions. Each presentation will be allocated approximately 10-12 minutes including discussion time.
Poster Presentation
Posters will be displayed throughout the conference. Authors must be present during designated poster viewing sessions. Standard poster size: TBD
Awards
Best paper awards will be given in the following categories:
- Best Oral Presentation
- Best Poster Presentation
- Best Young Investigator Award
- Best Student Presentation

Review Process
All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified about the acceptance status and presentation type via email.
