Registration Guidelines:
  • Registration is mandatory for faculty, delegates and students attending the conference and/or presenting papers / posters.
  • Registration cannot be transferred.
  • Registration of Preconference workshop is independent of conference.
  • Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch / dinner and delegate kit.
  • Provide us your updated email id & mobile number (Preferred WhatsApp Number). As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • Registration for 2& 1/2 day conference includes, registration kit, souvenir, all meals, goodies (if we decide to do so), all sessions, 1 cafe corner (which needs to be pre booked with only 20 seats per group), entry to PG Quiz (registration free but mandatory), paper/ poster presentation (abstract submission mandatory)
  • Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • Conference attendance is separate, and its certificate will be issued based on the conference dates.
  • Workshop seats are limited and its registration is subject to availability of seats.
  • It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
  • It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter / PG certificate to avail the registration in PG category.
